Una Barac is the founder and executive director of Artelior. He was born in Croatia. After leaving Croatia in 1992, he started her career at Foster&Partners in 1997 and worked there for seven years.

After leaving Foster&Partners, Una Barac worked for 14 years at Scott Brownrigg Construction. During her tenure as a director, Una led the hospitality industry and led the London and Croatia team to design and deliver many successful projects.

Una Barac negotiated with Scott Brownrigg for a management buyout of the Zagreb office and launched its new studio under the name Artelior. Scott Brownrigg's former director Ante Marićb also joined as Managing Director of Artelior. 20 years later, Una Barac returned to the country's fastest growing region in Croatia to work in hotels and resorts.

Ante is the Managing Director of Artelior and has served as Chief Architect, Project and Design Manager. Ante's extensive hotel management experience includes international projects of all sizes and is currently responsible for a number of hotel and resort projects across Europe, Ante, in all aspects of feasibility, architecture and interior design.
