Dieter Vander Velpen received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Henry Van De Velde (University of Antwerp) during 2005-2008. In the second year, he obtained a master's degree in architecture from the Political University of Valencia, Spain. In 2010 Dieter was a master's research fellow at the Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University in Istanbul.
